Kris Bryce
An award-winning executive and non-executive leader in the performing arts sector, Kris brings 30 years of experience and expertise to Galanthus Group.
Recognising that organisational culture is often written off as intangible or strategically irrelevant, Kris is on a mission to overturn this misconception and deliver sustainable ambition. He partners with business leaders to leverage their organisational culture to drive tangible business results, challenging scepticism and demonstrating culture’s relationship with profitability. His anti-fragile and post-resilient strategies and innovations have established new leadership standards in businesses, demonstrating that cultural alignment is key to sustainable business success. Kris is currently Executive Director of Pitlochry Festival Theatre and holds non-exec posts with Leisure & Culture Dundee and UK Theatre.
Kris’ forthcoming book Beyond Resilience: A Leader’s Handbook for Sustainable Practice sets out his approach to organisational culture, offering innovative thinking and practical strategies to leaders.
Heather Stuart
Heather has worked at senior level in central and local government and the private sector and brings 15 years of experience in arts and culture to Galanthus Group. She has worked in community development and regeneration, European and external affairs, culture and leisure and has supported Scottish Government Ministers on issues including local government, public service reform, regeneration, social inclusion and cultural policy. Heather has also established and successfully run businesses in the private and charity sectors. All of Heather’s work experience has focused on leading change through people, and working in, with, and for communities. Heather is currently Vice Chair of Pitlochry Festival Theatre and Chair Elect of Rotary International for Great Britain and Ireland.
